The Greenwich Happiness Club meets every third or fourth Tuesday of the month AT THE GREENWICH TOWN HALL - HAYTON HALL.
Each meeting has:
1) An interactive component
2) Learning a skill component - a skill to increase or enjoy more happiness
3) A fun and social component
The leader of this club is Jamie. He looks forward to meeting you.
The club is originally based on the Happiness Clubs of Lionel Ketchian and the positive psychology movement launched by Martin Seligman.
