Start off the new year on a positive note! Come hear what all the hype is about concerning a relatively knew field of study which answers age-old questions about “the good life” using applied science. Whereas traditional (not negative) psychology looks at pathology—the weakness—and how to fix it, Positive Psychology looks at what’s right—the strength—and how to build it. You’ll leave feeling armed with nuggets of research that can help you create a life you most want to live.

This meetup will be hosted by Positive Psychology based coach Louis Alloro.

The exact room # will be sent soon.

We heard am informative presentation which was nicely constructed and well delivered. The venue was excellent. Tho' a few people dominated with their subjective comments, it was a worth-while experience.

    •  TERRIFIC!
    •  I really enjoyed hearing the seminar on how the power of thinking is a transformative force in our lives. We are continually driven by our emotions and thoughts, whether they be positive or negative, and they frequently drive us to employ worst-case thinking in our decision making. The speaker Louis Alloro was very poised and really engaging to the audience despite the technical malfunction at the beginning. Although, I did feel as an art director that the seminar was probably more geared to working professionals and academics in the field of psychology. However, I would continue to go to further discussions to hear Mr. Alloros unique viewpoints which offers a refreshing alternative to main-stream media and other information outlets.
